Capitol Concierge Staffing
We have engaged Capitol Concierge to provide expanded front desk staffing. Barbara covers the desk Monday-Friday and Tiffany Saturday-Sunday; I’d like to officially welcome them both to the Midtown, we’ve seen great things already! The concierge is intended to be our residents’ main point-of-contact for the building and will help to facilitate most requests, centralize communications, and coordinate with contractors and our management company when needed. The extended hours also constitute the final piece of my building security strategy allowing us to secure the vast majority of package deliveries and better control building access.
