Access, Security, and Camera System Upgrade

Access System Upgrade
Our new Butterfly callbox and fob readers are online and working well. Many residents have already setup delivery pins and visitor codes to streamline building access. If you haven’t yet, you can find guides and a link to install the app here: https://butterflymx.com/resources/resident. Please make sure your info is correct and your unit is listed on the callbox.

Security System Enhancements
Our new security system is online and we’re now wrapping up some final tweaks. I’m happy to report we’ve had no incidents of trespassing or theft from inside the building recently. As a reminder, all doors in the basement and first floors have magnetic sensors which will alarm and eventually alert the police if they are propped, held, or forced open. Please do not prop open any of these doors or allow anyone to piggyback behind you! As always, if you notice any dangerous situations or people, contact the police immediately.

Additional Cameras
On the heels of our camera server upgrade and the addition of east alley cameras, I’m meeting with a contractor later this week to add additional cameras in the garage to provide better coverage of the parking and garage door areas. We’ve had some issues with trespassing in the garage and this will allow us to keep a better eye on activities in this area.
